If you collect unusual and oddity pieces, here’s one for you! This Vintage Fingerprint Kit is circa 1954 and was manufactured by the Institute of Applied Science out of Chicago, Illinois. For starters, the kit lies within a black leather box, with aged metal latches and hinges. Within the box, you’ll find a removable glass surface, original literature, an empty tube which used to hold a brush, an empty cleaning fluid tin, the original wood handle roller, a tin of black and white printing powder (both are full) as well as a tube full of black fingerprinting ink. This Vintage set would make a great conversation starter.
