Traditional by design, this Partners Desk would compliment an estates library or office great! This Early 20th Century Arts & Crafts period desk is crafted of solid oak, with a drastic grain throughout. The finish is in really nice shape, although it was refinished at some point in the pieces life, not recently. Each side of the desk is the same, both front and back accommodates a seat and could be used on either side. The single drawer is double faced, and opens from the front or back of the piece. The drawer opens smoothly, and includes a lot of storage space for a single drawer. The bookshelf sides are ascetically pleasing. Adding a nice collection of books to either side, really adds a nice touch to the piece. Everything about this piece is solid and sturdy; A prime example of Early American Craftsmanship. Wear is to be expected and is shown within our photo gallery, wear includes surface scratches, blems and minor chips.
