This Victorian Period Curved China Cabinet was crafted with exceptional quality during the early 20th century (1900 – 1910’s). This particular piece is crafted of oak and shows a drastic quartersawn grain throughout. The piece was refinished at some point in the pieces life, although it was not recent. The cut glass motif top door is extremely fine in quality and we love how it’s a separate door from the large door. Each door is embellished with aged brass escutcheon pulls. This piece offers storage at its best with 4 glass shelves, all of which are removable. There is a small brass light fixture on the inside top, which takes small bulbs. This piece is extremely sturdy and heavy, it stand on 4 predominate carved lion paw feet. This piece is in outstanding shape for its age, but does show mild expected wear including surface scratches and minor finish blems.
