This Mantel is hand crafted of solid oak, with a drastic grain throughout. The iconic Arts & Crafts lines that this Mantel displays would suit many different estate styles. The Mantel shelf is exceptionally sturdy, and would look great with a collection or photos on display. The large beveled mirror is the original glass. For its age, its in really nice condition, although you may notice mild cloudiness from age. The mirror can be removed or changed to your desire. The mantel was most likely refinished at some point in its life, although it was not done in recent years – It’s rich in age! Wear is to be expected, and is highlighted in our photo gallery for the best possible look. The inside dimension (opening) is 35 wide x 37.5 tall
