This stunning Antique Brass “Adjusto-Lite” lamps, was crafted by Farberware during the 1920’s. Originally, this lamp style was advertised in the Nov. 1922 publication of Popular Mechanics as “The handy, economical light for the home, office, store or studio – everywhere good light is needed. HANGS – CLAMPS – STANDS. A turn of the reflector sends light exactly where you want it. No glare – no eye strain.” This lamp features a substantial clamp which affixes to a short rod; the rod supports the adjustable and domed reflector shade. The lamps have been professionally rewired at some point in the lamps life, it works as it should. We’ve added a bulb adapter to accommodate modern sized bulbs. This lamp is not heavily cleaned or polished and shows a nice amount of patina to the finish.
