This Pair of Giraffe Figures were expertly crafted in Africa during the Mid 20th Century. These were most likely carved by a local and sold in a tourist driven market, very unique! Each Giraffe is carved of a single piece of wood, showing a drastic grain throughout. Natural splits in the wood can be seen, as well as surface scratches. One giraffe is missing its a small horn, we’ve circled this in our photo gallery for reference. The pair stands nicely and would compliment a shelf top or desk.
