This Pair of Fireplace Andirons were crafted during the Early 20th Century. These Andirons were expertly crafted, simply by holding them, you can tell they’re very well made. Each are made of copper which displays an uncleaned patina finish – They show their age nicely. The Pair stands sturdy and is accompanied by a iron log leg back. You’ll find many interior designers using Andirons outside of a fireplace for decoration purposes, although the log leg backs are meant to be used inside of a fireplace to rest the logs upon – This leads to a cleaner burn. As you could tell, they have very well been used in its previous estate. The iron back shows surface rust, although they’re completely solid. The twisted motif body of each Andiron adds a unique look. The top of each displays an Imperial shaded topper, often found in other Federal style pieces alike. One of the tops shows some dents, but there aren’t any loose parts. This Pair arrives to your estate ready to use and enjoy!
