Mid Century Modern Walnut Sculpted Glass Tier End Table by Bassett – A Pair

This Pair of End Tables was crafted by Bassett during the Mid 20th Century. This Pair of Tables were beautifully designed, displaying great lines and functionality. This style table would compliment an array of Mid Century Modern interiors. The solid wood construction makes this pair exceptionally sturdy, the tables are finished in a walnut veneer which shows a drastic grain throughout. The top tier or “shelf” of each table includes a removable glass top – this adds a tasteful look to the pair. The glass is in great shape without any chips or cracks. The sculpted legs of the table protrude from the surface top adding an eclectic look, the overall stance of the tables are great. Each leg is fixed to the surface and stands sturdy without any wobble, there is one chip on the back leg of one of the tables, we’ve circled this in our photos for reference. The tables offer a deep finish which shines nicely, it really compliments the walnut grain. Blemishes to the finish are shown in select areas, possibly burn marks on the surface of one table. Overall, the pair is in nice condition with mild wear shown.
