This Table Top Sculpture was made by Florentia in Italy during the 1950’s. Florentia was an Italian exporter of decorative crafts. Their pieces were typically Baroque in style, showing different renditions of Cherubs, Floral Motifs and Scroll Work. This Sculpture displays a Cherub in great detail holding an assortment of flowers. The Cherub, along with the base are plaster; As the flowers upon top are metal. The sculpture includes a fully felted bottom to display on furniture without scratching. The underside is marked “Florentia Hand Made in Italy 296”. This piece is in very nice condition with mild wear shown from age.
