A Pair of Chinese Porcelain Floral & Ape Motif Cloisonne Vases, China, c.1960. This quaint sized Pair adds an eclectic touch to any interior it’s displayed in. They look stunning stood alone, but also compliments small floral arrangement nicely. Each Vase was crafted of ceramic with a glossed porcelain glaze. Throughout each piece, you’ll enjoy hand painted motifs including floral scenery’s on one side, and an unusual ape motif on the other. The apes appear to be dressed in clothes and partaking in human activities – Very unusual, yet eclectic. Each piece is near mint, they were very well taken care of. Mild surface scratches can be found in direct lighting although there aren’t any cracks or chips shown.
