A Pair of French Rococo Louis XV Brass Fireplace Andirons, Egypt, c. 20th Century. This Pair of Andirons would compliment an array of fireplace styles. Each Andirons shows a stunning motif which mirrors one another. The cast brass is nicely polished, showing only mild wear. The log hammer (or kick stand) were replaced with a newer cast iron style, they’re exceptionally heavy. There aren’t any marks or signature shown on each to identify it’s manufacture.
Condition:
This pair is in very nice condition with only mild wear shown to the finish.
