A Boho Chic Wicker Flared Back Settee, Untied States, c. Mid 20th Century. This Settee would look exceptional while on display in an array of interior styles. The piece is crafted of Rattan, finished in a woven wicker which shows stunning details throughout. The back rest is heavily decorated, displaying spiraled motifs and mirrored patterns. The piece would comfortably seat two, although these pieces aren’t made to be daily seats, they’re better used as decoration – It’s just the nature of its construction. The underside is unmarked or signed.
Condition:
This piece is structurally sound and does support the weight of an adult. Many areas of woven wicker loss around the legs and in the arm areas are shown.
