A Broyhill Brasilia Sculpted Walnut Display Cabinet Server, United States, c.1960. This Cabinet would look exceptional while displayed in a Mid-Century inspired interior. The overall sculpted design of Broyhill’s Brasilia line of pieces is amongst our favorite for staging. The walnut shows a drastic grain throughout, accompanied by a deep original finish. The iconic Brasilia sculpted bottom chest handles adds great dimension – This style was inspired by the architectural work of Oscar Niemeyer, who transformed the capitol of Brazil with his predominate sculpted style. This piece offers storage at its best with two large sculpted front doors, followed by three stacked middle drawers. The large glass front display top includes two spacious shelves. The top is not fixed to the server bottom and is removable. The top drawer displays the original linen Broyhill Brasilia label.

This piece was exceptionally well made, it’s both solid and sturdy. Mild surface scratches can be seen from age – Any notable wear is circled in our photo gallery to reference.
