A Victorian Dovetailed Copper Lions Head Handle Vase, c. Early 20th Century. This Vase would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. Its monumental size is perfect to display upon a piece of furniture, or from the floor – It makes a stunning entryway accent. The copper is rich in age, showing tarnishing in select areas. The flared rim is attached to the hull of the vase by early dovetails, the dovetails are exposed and adds perfect character to the design of the Vase. Each side of the Vase is accompanied by cast brass handles with Lions Heads. The Lions Heads are nicely detailed and contrasts nicely off the copper. The underside of the Vase is unsigned or marked.
