An Orange Atomic Vinyl Sewing Box Ottoman by Burlington, United States, c.1960. This Sewing Box would look exceptional while displayed in a Mid-Century inspired interior. This Chest was created by Burlington as apart of their “Hawkeye” collection for sewing and thread storage. In a modern interior, this piece can be staged as an ottoman or occasional storage chest. The original bright orange vinyl makes for the perfect contrast piece, it’s accompanied by gold piping around the top and bottom edge. The faux walnut legs adds a great look and includes brushed brass bottom caps, the legs will be removed from the chest during transport – they easily screw back on. The interior of the piece is clean and offers open storage. The top lid opens and closes as they should and shows a stunning floral needlepoint bottom with a pouch.
