A Victorian Carved Walnut Northwind Face Motif Arm Chair, United States, c. Early 20th Century. This Monumental Carved Chair would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid walnut is heavily carved throughout, displaying endless traditional motifs, scroll accenting, figural and Northwind Face carvings. The tall backrest is nicely detailed and flows seamlessly into the sculpted arm rests. The underside of the Chair is unsigned or marked.
