A Victorian Dovetailed Brass Jardiniere Planter with Lion’s Head Handles, c.1920. This Jardiniere would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid brass shows its age nicely with mild tarnishing and patina shown. The Lion’s Head side handles are drastic and heavily detailed – It’s a great cast. The bottom hull of the Jardiniere displays exposed brass dovetails. The Jardiniere stands on nicely styled Lion’s Paw feet. The underside is marked, but illegible.
