Vintage Farmhouse Pine Bonnet Chest Storage Box w/ Wrought Iron Stand

A Farmhouse Pine Bonnet Chest Storage Box with Wrought Iron Stand, c.1980. This Quaint Sized Bonnet Chest would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid pine chest shows a drastic grain throughout, accompanied by an original satin finish. The double Bonnet storage area offers an open and clean interior. Below this area, you’ll find an additional storage drawer for valuables and accessories. Each door and drawer opens and closes as it should and is embellished with solid brass colonial knobs. The black wrought iron stand offers perfect contrast while paired with pine. The stand shows sculpted foot bottoms, which adds a nice look. The chest is not attached to the base, but fits inside the frame of the stand. This piece is unsigned or marked.

Condition:

This Bonnet Chest was exceptionally well made, it’s both solid and sturdy. Mild surface scratches can be seen from age. Surface rust in select areas are shown to the wrought iron. This piece is in overall good condition.
