A French Rococo Cast Metal Marble Top Plant Stand Pedestal, Egypt, c. Mid 20th Century. This Pedestal would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The Cast Iron base is heavily detailed with black lacquer accents. The Tables stem shows three sensational pot metal figural motifs, followed by traditional accenting – It’s absolutely stunning. The metal is finished in an original gold lacquer, which offers perfect contrast while staged. The 12″ round marble top rotates 360 degrees upon a cast iron plate. The underside of the marble has a hole bored, which rests within the middle of the stone, this secures the stone while rotating. This Table is perfect to display an indoor plant, jardiniere, urn or used as an occasional accent table. The underside of the table has a series of flathead fasteners and cast numbers.
