This Man and Women set would look lovely staged upon each side of a bookshelf, upon pedestals or desktop. Each Bust is carved of solid mahogany with a drastic grain shown throughout. The Pair shows sensational realism details and motifs. Each Sculpture weighs just shy of 10lbs. The underside is unsigned or marked.
Condition:
This Pair of Mahogany Carved Sculptures were exceptionally well made. Natural splitting in the wood is shown along the backside of each bust. The splitting doesn’t appear to have any movement and does not effect how each sculpture stands.
