An Arts & Crafts Quartersawn Oak 4 Stack Barrister Bookcase by Viking, c.1920. This Barrister Bookcase would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid oak shows a drastic quartersawn grain throughout, accompanied by a deep satin finish. Each of the 4 sections are interchangeable, as shown, the top 2 sections are smaller than the bottom 2 – The inside dimensions for each size is listed below. Each section includes a unique 3 glass panel front with an oak upright along each side – It’s quite unique. The doors open and close as they should and includes an aged brass knob. Each section includes the original Viking label within the interior.
