One of the most unique table lamps we’ve acquired, and quaint in size! This lamp is dated to the early 20th century, and is attributed to the Arts & Crafts Movement. This lamp was most likely hand crafted in New York State. The piece is crafted of cast metal, solid brass and copper, many elements of the piece are hammered and distressed – Very unusual lines! The free swinging metal shade really shows its age nicely, with areas of patina and surface rust. The shade sits on the stand, and can easily be removed by lifting it off the hook. The base is solid metal, as well as the stand. The light socket takes your standard size light bulb; Because of the size of the light, you’ll need a smaller diameter bulb, which can be commonly purchased at any hardware store. A small Edison Bulb would compliment this lamp perfectly. The lamp is tested, and works great as it should!
