An exceptional quality Barrister Bookcase that’ll be enjoyed for years to come! This unique 2 Stack Barrister dates to 1930’s, and was refinished at some point in the pieces life. It’s made of solid oak, with a drastic grain throughout with a deep finish. Each glass front door opens and closes as it should, while the glass is open the inside measures 32 wide x 12 tall x 9.5 deep. This Barrister separates into 3 sections, Base/Legs, Bottom Section, Top Section/Top Surface. The sides of the piece has iron locks, similar to what you’d see on a Globe Wernicke Barrister to connect them together. Unfortunately we were unable to locate a manufactures name or label on the piece. It’s exceptionally sturdy, heavy in weight and in really nice condition.
