An Arts & Crafts Quartersawn Oak Library Barrister File Cabinet by Yawman & Erbe, c. 1920. This Monumental Sized Library Cabinet would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid oak shows a drastic quartersawn grain throughout, accompanied by a deep satin finish. This piece breaks down in 7 pieces and stacks Barrister Styles. The bonnet door top section offers open storage, its size creates a finished surface ledge while stacked upon the 4-stacked map chest. This chest features 4 dovetail construction file drawers which are faced with aged brass original pulls. An additional bonnet chest is shown below, followed by 4 traditional sized file drawers. This piece includes the original Yawman & Erbe metal label.
