This Arts & Crafts Bookcase was crafted during the Early 20th Century. This piece shows so much character and great lines throughout. It’s solid quartersawn oak construction makes this bookcase exceptionally sturdy – it was very well made. The glass panels appear to be original and do not show any cracks or chips. The front door includes the original key, it opens and closes as it should. The inside of the bookcase displays 3 height adjustable oak shelves, all of which are clean and perfectly straight. Each side shows a carved motif pattern, this contrasts off the quartersawn oak nicely. The bookcase was most likely refinished at some point in its life, although it was not done recently. Overall, this piece is in really nice shape, mild wear is shown and includes surface scratches, minor chips and finish blemishes.
