Such an exceptional piece for a home office or library! This Antique Knee Hole Desk is crafted of mahogany with an exotic wood veneer finish. The 3 Leather Top Panels are very eye catching and great for a work space. The double pedestal design compliments storage at its best with 7 assorted sized drawers. All of which are embellished with aged brass pulls, often refereed to as “Chippendale Bat Wing” design. All of the drawers insides are in outstanding condition and open and close as they should. The thin middle drawer has a eye catching serpentine front, which follows the wave of the writing surface. The finish shines great, although there is wear throughout. You’ll find chips, surface scratches and blems throughout, as shown in our photo gallery, although the desk is extremely sturdy.
