An Eastlake Victorian Carved Mahogany Music Stand Cabinet, c. Late 19th Century. This Music Cabinet would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid mahogany shows a drastic grain throughout, accompanied by a deep red satin finish. The top back rest of the Cabinet is nicely carved throughout, showing detailed traditional motifs. A double panel beveled glass mirror sits just above a tiered accessory shelf, it’s a stunning look. The tall front door is embellished with reeded side accents, and a center musical motif guarded by two mirrored panels. The smoked glass lower panel is original and shows air bubbles from the glass making process – No cracks or chips. This door locks and unlocks, a key is included but it is not the original. The interior offers 3 shelves of storage but appears to be missing 1 shelf. The backside of this Cabinet is unsigned or marked.
