This Late 19th Century Dresser is crafted of solid walnut with a deep finish. The piece was refinished at some point in its life, although it was not recent. The finish shows a lot of patina and has aged nicely. You’ll enjoy the accommodation of space this piece offers with 3 large stacked drawers. All drawers are faced with a carved “spoon” floral motif, as well as aged brass Victorian pulls. All of the drawers open and close as they should, and show pin and cove dovetailed sides, this style of hand dovetails dates to the 1880’s. The large pivoting mirror shows a matching carved motif and is in great condition without any cracks or chips. The raised panel sides adds a great look to the piece from all angles. The dresser stands on antique caster wheels, all of which roll smooth, these can be removed easily to your desire. Wear to finish is shown, you will find blems on the top surface as well as minor chips and scratches from age.
