A Farmhouse Mahogany Tool Chest Storage Box, United States, c. Early 20th Century. This Mahogany Chest would make an exceptional storage piece for tools, watches, accessories or a collection alike. The solid mahogany shows a drastic grain throughout, accompanied by a deep satin finish. The top of the piece is hinged and opens and closes as it should. The interior offers open storage space. The chest area includes two stacked drawers, each are embellished with lacquered brass pulls. The bottom corners of the chest displays aged brass ormolu mounts, they contrast perfectly. This Chest is unsigned or marked.
