A Pair of Farmhouse T Back Dining Chairs, United States, c.1920. This Pair is crafted of solid oak with a drastic quartersawn grain shown throughout. Being oak, they’re exceptionally sturdy and do not wobble – They were very well made. The seat tops were reupholstered, showing a floral motif on each. One seat top shows a brown pallet, while the other displays blues. There are no tears or rips in the seat tops, although mild discoloration can be found from age. If you choose to recover the seats, the seat tops can easily be removed to do so. Overall, this pair is in very nice condition with mild wear shown. Wear includes surface scratches and finish blemishes. The underside of each chair is unsigned or marked.
