A French Louis XV Carved Walnut Striped Settee, c. Early 20th Century. This French Settee would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid walnut shows a rich original finish, the carved areas are embellished in a gold lacquer. The upholstery isn’t original and was professionally redone in a cream & wine satin fabric – It’s both high quality and contrasts nicely. The backrest of the settee is ornate and shows sensational lines, it seats two. The cabriole legs adds and great look to the settee. The underside is unsigned or marked.
