Compliment that special piece of furniture that’s missing its keyhole covers with this Pair of French Brass Escutcheons! This particular set of keyhole covers are circa 1900-1920’s and would have been seen on a French writing desk drawer, chest of drawers, or dresser. This Pair of Keyhole Covers are a matching pair and are shaped nicely, which is a plus; Especially if you’re adding it to a piece that’s missing its Escutcheons. The pair are solid brass and has aged nicely showing a fair amount of patina. They have not been cleaned of patina or polished, it shows its age. Although if you decide you’d like it cleaned and polished, you can easily do so. Fasten this keyhole to your piece of choice with small nails (not included).
