Hands down, the finest Antique Fireplace screen of its kind! Compliment your estates fireplace with this Solid Brass Victorian Screen which is attributed to the early 20th century. The “Peacock” style screen gently folds out of the base, to extend a full 38 inches wide. This Antique Fireplace Screen is extremely ornate and features a drastic Winged Griffin center motif. While the screen is in the closed position, lock it in place with the side latch. One sides latch is missing from the piece, although it does not compromise the screen staying in place at all. The finish is uncleaned or polished and shows its age with a fair patina finish.
