Antique French Victorian Ebonised Tilt Top Round Table w/ Mother of Pearl Inlay

A French Victorian Ebonised Tilt Top Round Table with Mother of Pearl Inlay, c. Early 20th Century. This Table would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid hardwood construction is finished in an original black lacquer. The lacquer is heavily decorated throughout in hand painted floral motifs, traditional accenting and mother of pearl inlay. The round top is hinged and tilts to one side, the original brass hardware and latch are shown and fully intact. The underside of the Table is unsigned or marked.

Condition:

This Table was exceptionally well made, it’s both solid and sturdy. Small areas of missing inlay could be seen as well as blemishes to the finish. Notable wear is circled in our photo gallery to reference.
