Undoubtedly, Kiel Furniture Company was among one of the most popular names during the mid to late 1930’s. The overall design of this Antique Library Table was a popular style by Kiel. The complete mahogany construction of this table makes it exceptionally sturdy, and heavy in weight. The exotic mahogany veneer top is eye catching, and in direct/natural lighting – it practically glows! Each side of the table could be pulled out to reveal a 16 inch two part leaf, which mechanically lifts out of the base of the table (extremely ahead of its time). The carved motif which surrounds the top of the table is stunning, and adds a nice touch. This table is in very nice shape, although mild wear is to be expected from age. Any wear is highlighted in our high resolution photo gallery to get the best look.
