A Primitive Farmhouse Pine Jelly Cupboard, c. Early 20th Century. This Jelly Cupboard would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid pine is finished in an oxblood red lacquer. This lacquer likely isn’t the original, but is nicely aged. The large single raised panel door opens and closes as it should, a brass locking latch was added to the piece at some point. The interior features 4 shelves, and is finished in an aged blue lacquer – The color offers sensational contrast while paired with the oxblood exterior. The top of the piece features stunning trim work for a finished look. The backside is unsigned or marked.
