This is undoubtedly one of the most exceptional Victorian Ladies Vanities we’ve had the pleasure to showcase. The 1930’s Depression Era Victorian pieces are truly versatile, they can compliment an array of interior styles. This piece would be great displayed in a Boudoir Room or Master Suite. This Vanity is crafted of solid walnut with a drastic veneer finish. Throughout, you’ll enjoy ornately carved motifs, reeded trim accenting as well as exotic wood veneers. The three tier surface top offers a comfortable arrangement while seated at the Vanity. The left and right of the piece shows storage at its best with deep stacked drawers. Each drawer is faced with a drastic match box marquetry veneer, it looks stunning from every angle and practically glows in natural lighting. The drawers open and close as they should and are embellished with brass knob pulls (one pull is missing as shown). The large Tri Panel Mirror is eye catching and the perfect size. The mirror is styled to perfection with great curves and shows an etched floral motif on each side. The frame shows an attractive curly maple veneer, it contrasts off the walnut nicely. The piece stands on its original antique caster wheels, these could be removed to your desire. This piece is in really nice condition for its age, you will find surface scratches, finish blemishes as well as small areas of chipped veneer. We’ve circled any imperfections in our photo gallery for reference.
