A Victorian Mahogany Stained Glass Etagere Bookshelf Cabinet, United States, c. Early 20th Century. This Etagere Shelf would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The overall design of this piece makes for the perfect bookshelf, indoor plant display or an occasional piece entryway/hall piece. The solid mahogany shows a drastic grain throughout, accompanied by a deep finish. The Etagere includes 3 original mirrored panels, each beveled glass. The cabinet area shows a stunning curved leaded glass door. The leaded glass includes blue and amber stained glass pieces, which truly contrast the piece nicely. The cabinet door opens and closes as it should and is embellished with a small brass knob. This knob isn’t original to the piece, but suits it well. The backside of this piece is unsigned or marked.
