This Pedestal is very heavy, and hand crafted of solid walnut. The deep finish brings out the drastic grain of the wood at its best. It’s very sturdy and supports heavy weight well. It’s in very nice condition although you will find scratches and finish blems from age. The underside of the piece is marked “Made in Italy”.
