A Quartersawn Oak Victor Victrola VV-50 Talking Machine Record Player, c.1921. This Table Top Record Player by Victrola is fully tested and works as it should. The VV-50 was Victor’s first “suitcase style” portable units. This particular example is marked serial #11845, this tells us that this unit was apart of the first run of VV-50’s. The forward facing crank is an indication of earlier units, later runs featured a right-hand crank. The mechanism cranks as it should, the table rums smoothly and the fast-to-slow indication knob works accordingly. A single needed is included.
