Vintage Large Chinese Brass Dragon Handle Jardiniere, c. Mid 20th Century
This Monumental Sized Jardiniere would look exceptional while staged in array of interior styles. The solid brass is nicely aged, showing a fair amount of tarnishing and patina. The Jardinieres double side handles are made up of heavily detailed cast brass dragons with a similar motif shown along the Jardinieres outer hull. The Jardiniere stands on stunning figural legs, they’re quite drastic and brings the overall design of the planter together nicely. While this is considered an indoor planter, it was kept outdoors where it was seasoned in the elements. This size planter is perfect to medium to large plants, ornamental grasses & bonsai trees. The underside is unmarked or signed.
