An exceptional piece to say the least! It’s unknown how old this throne chair actually is, although Mid 20th Century seems correct. It’s crafted of solid mahogany and shows traces of hand carved detailing. This chair is large and heavy, weighing in at over 100lbs. The upholstery appears to have been redone, as well as the overall finish – It was refinished at some point. The chair is sturdy, and very comfortable to sit in. Wear is shown on the chair, although overall it’s in really nice shape.
