Vintage Hollywood Regency Brass Scallop Shell Library Bookends, A Pair, c.1970’s
This Set of Bookends pairs nicely with many Hollywood Regency, Coastal & Eclectic Interior Styles. Each solid brass bookend shows a tarnishing finish, they’re rich in age. The Pairs Art Deco Influenced Shell Bottom adds timeless flare to an overall traditional design. The Shells cast details are great and add wonderful contrast in well-lit interior settings. Supporting a small to large stack of antiquarian books is no problem. Each bookend is unsigned or marked.

This Pair of Brass Scallop Bookends were exceptionally well made. Tarnishing and areas of patina can be seen along the brass – they’re nicely aged and are unpolished.
