Many pieces sculpted by David Fisher were highly produced, most known for his “Star Gazer” mineral female bust. This is a one-off by Fisher, and the largest of its kind available standing almost 4 foot tall and 65lbs. This is a solid plaster sculpture, which was hand painted by Fisher himself. It’s his abstract and modernism example at its best, its absolutely stunning and would suit a Mid Century estate nicely. The back side is signed by Fisher along with Austin Prod 1986. There is a big chip on the base of the sculpture, and shows to have been filled in with black to hide it. You will also find scuffs and touch ups on the sculpture itself – Overall, its in good shape!
