A Danish Modern Sculpted Beech Wood Gentleman’s Valet with Rush Seat, Yugoslavia, c.1960. This Valet would look exceptional while displayed in a Mid-Century inspired interior. The solid Beech Wood shows a drastic grain throughout, accompanied by a deep original finish. The finish pairs nicely with many Mid-Century designer pieces, perfect for staging. The Valet includes its original half moon accessory tray along the top hanger, as well as retractable brass hanging rods on each side. The Rush Seat Top is skillfully woven, shows its original color and weave pattern. The top is hinged to reveal clean storage within, the top lifts and closes as it should. The underside is marked Yugoslavia, but is faded.
