An Empoli Green Circus Glass Apothecary Jar with Lid, Italy, c. Mid 20th Century. This Apothecary Jar would look exceptional while on display in an array of interior styles. The desaturated green glass is unique and looks stunning in rooms with natural lighting, it practically glows. The Jar is often refereed to as “Circus Style” because of it’s pointed tent-like removable lid. The twisted glass bottom stem leads you to a circular foot which balances the piece nicely. The underside of this piece is unmarked or signed.
