A Mid-Century Marbled Red Porcelain Table Lamp with Fiberglass Shade, United States, c. Mid 20th Century. This Lamp would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The porcelain body of the lamp displays a deep red marbled motif with sculpted contrasting side handles – It makes for the perfect contrast piece. The original natural colored fiberglass shade is nicely textured. A Bakelite maroon finial was added to the top of the lamp, it suits it well. The underside of the Lamp is unsigned or marked.
Condition:
This Lamp is fully tested and works as it should, it does not have to be rewired. Mild wear marked to the porcelain are shown along the corners of the base and gold handles. These areas are circled in our photo gallery. There aren’t any holes or bends in the shade.
