A Pair of Mid-Century Modern Walnut Nightstands with Black Lacquered Tops, c.1960. This Pair of Walnut Nightstands would look exceptional while displayed in a Mid-Century inspired interior. The walnut wood veneer shows a drastic grain throughout, accompanied by an original satin finish. This finish pairs nicely with many Mid-Century designer pieces of this era. The black lacquered tops are original and offers perfect contrast above the walnut. Each Nightstand includes a single drawer, both open and close smoothly as it should. The double storage doors below offers additional storage, the hinges on these doors were replaced with modern mechanical hinges, they have great action and response. Each Nightstand is unsigned or marked.
