A Modern Walnut Writing Desk by Johnson Carper, United States, c.1960. This Desk would look exceptional while displayed in a Mid-Century inspired interior. The desks quaint size makes it perfect for a apartment, or staged within a larger room as an accent piece. The piece is crafted of walnut with a drastic veneer shown throughout. The laminated top is spacious and adds great lines to an overall charming design. The left side of the knee hole features 4 stacked drawers. Each drawer opens and closes as it should and includes minimalist metal pulls. The larger drawer above the knee hole adds additional storage space. The back of this piece is unfinished, it’s not meant to be used executive style, it should face a wall. This desk is unsigned or marked.
