A Gentleman’s Teak Valet with Cane Rush Seat, Yugoslavia, c.1960. This Valet would look exceptional while displayed in a Mid-Century inspired interior. The Valet is crafted of solid teak, it shows a drastic grain throughout accompanied by an original satin finish. The formed hanger top is perfect to display pressed clothing with an accessory bar below. The rush cane seat shows its natural charm and contrasts nicely next to the teak. The seat is hinged and lifts to reveal storage within. This storage area is perfect to store accessories, valuables or even cigars. The underside of the valet is marked Yugoslavia.
